Where are you located, downtown or outside town ?

We're located outside town, 20 minutes drive in the east of main city of Angers. But if you give us a call, we may arrange for collection if you aren't driving.

Can we come with own bike and equipment ?

Yes, own equipment welcome, as well as own bike, but look, it has proved to be difficult to travel by train (TGV's) with own bike. If you wish to avoid hassle of carrying everything, we rent very good bikes, with equipment. Just bring your personal clothing, gloves, glasses and shoes.

When do your tours begin ? Is there a minimum participants ?

You can initiate your own tour any day of week you wish. Participants are only yourself and members of your group.

Do you have guided tours ?

For the time being, we only produce self-guided tours. You get supplied with very precise road-books and IGN maps 1:25000° for the whole tour. In addition there is a constant assistance while you're traveling, in case of need.

Are your tours "on-line" or "star" tours ?

Both choices. It's up to you, you can either do a one-way trip and we collect the bikes at the end of the tour or, you can come back, cycling or, in some cases, by local train.

Do you supply a "sag wagon" ?

It has not been necessary, up to now, to rescue any of our bikers ! Our tours are cool enough and the terrain is such that it doesn't seem to be necessary to supply a sag wagon. But, if you want your luggage to be carried from place to place, on a daily basis, this can be organized.

We like the idea of being hosted at bed and breakfast but unfortunately we do not speak French. what do you suggest ?

You're right, staying at B&B's is the best way to discover France. We've chosen our partners in between those who can speak English ! Be assured that you'll fairly enjoy having your overnight stays at private places ! Some do speak German, Spanish or Italian as well !

We love cycling but do we have to spend all day cycling ?

Yes, . . . as there is no "sag" wagon, you've got to rely on your bike to get to your overnight stay ! But . . ., we believe that you should not spend your time cycling all day long ! In fact, in every tour, there is a wide room for visits, rest, relax, etc ! ! !

Flying into Charles De Gaulle airport, how do we get to Blaison-Gohier ?

Easy job ! There is a railway station (SNCF) at the very airport, terminal 2D. Go there and catch a train (TGV) that goes towards NANTES, and get off at ANGERS St. -Laud. Provided that you've told us in advance, we shall welcome you there ! For your information Angers is linked to Brussels, Lille and London by TGV.
